I have always been a doodler, pen and pencil drawings, never painting though. I owned an advertising agency for decades where I produced and directed tv shows, commercials and infomercials. I also created artwork for print and billboards and absolutely loved it all. And then it happened - I came across a unique technique that unlocked a creative avenue that affords me no limits. So, I went through a year of informal training - learning paints, different mediums and techniques, trial and error, suggestions and help from many other artists. I am now starting to see my vision and my style come to life. I have two series - OCEAN and FLORAL (that I am still creating new pieces) I feel very blessed to have this fire in my soul again. Every painting is planned chaos with outrageously cool surprises sometimes. ~Rick
