The workshop embraced all skill levels and encouraged freedom of expression without pressure or perfection.
Guests discovered the origins of collage and experienced the freedom of mixed media in this hands-on workshop. Unlike traditional collage, mixed media encouraged participants to explore different materials and techniques, letting intuition and imagination guide their creative process.
Mark and Mikel demonstrated key steps and guided everyone through creating their own mixed media collages. Attendees took home their pieces—whether finished or a work in progress—along with expert tips on how to preserve them using acrylic sealer.
